CLASSICAL PIANO SOLO REGULATIONS
1. Audition - Online Preliminary Round (Festival/ Competition)
- Video Requirements: Candidates submit a single video of a self-selected program (no time limit).
- Video Link: Must be uploaded to YouTube in "Public" mode and the link provided in the registration section on the website.

2. Grading Round - Certification Round
Festival Category: Candidates prepare a self-selected repertoire from classical or semi-classical works. Ensure the performance duration does not exceed the program's regulated time.
Competition Category: Candidates perform 02 contrasting works from the classical tradition (from Baroque to Modern periods). Ensure the performance duration does not exceed the program's regulated time. Light music, film scores, pop, semi-classical, etc., are not permitted.

3. Final Round - Award Round
Format: Candidates may choose one of the following two formats:
Solo Performance:
Festival Category: Prepare 01 self-selected piece (unrestricted genre); duration must not exceed the program's regulated time.
Competition Category: Perform 01 classical work (from Baroque to Modern periods). Duration must not exceed regulated time. Light music, film scores, pop, or semi-classical works are not permitted.
Performance with Chamber Orchestra (Festival/ Competition)
- Candidates select works based on age group and category following the Organizing Committee's (OC) instructions.
- For the Festival category, the OC will provide sheet music and MIDI audio files for practice after registration.
- Candidates perform the work with the Crescendo Orchestra at the concert hall.

LIGHT PIANO SOLO REGULATIONS
1. Audition - Online Preliminary Round (Festival/ Competition)
- Video Requirements: Light music works including Jazz, Pop, Blues, Ragtime, Ballade, arrangements, and improvisation. Submit one video of a self-selected program (no time limit). Backing tracks (Beat) are permitted.
- Video Link: Must be uploaded to YouTube in "Public" mode.

2. Grading Round - Certification Round
Festival Category: Prepare 01 self-selected piece (Piano Jazz, Pop/Film score arrangements, Blues/Boogie-Woogie); duration must not exceed regulated time. Backing tracks permitted.
Competition Category: Perform 02 works within the time limit. One work must be Jazz, Pop, Blues, Ragtime, or Ballade/arrangement, and one work must be an improvisation (personal or another author's arrangement). Backing tracks permitted.

3. Final Round - Award Round
Festival Category: 01 self-selected piece (unrestricted genre) within the time limit. Candidates may reuse their piece from the Grading Round. Backing tracks permitted.
Competition Category: 01 work in Jazz, Pop, Blues, Ragtime, Ballade, arrangements, or improvisation. Must not exceed regulated time. Backing tracks permitted.

STRING SOLO REGULATIONS
1. Audition – Online Preliminary Round (Festival / Competition)
- Video Submission Requirements: Each candidate must submit 01 performance video only, featuring a self-selected program with no time limit.. The repertoire must be performed on an instrument with standard tuning and accurate intonation.
- The video must be uploaded to YouTube in Public mode, and the link provided in the online application form on the official website.

2. Grading round – Certificate Round
Festival Category: Candidates perform one self-selected piece (no genre restrictions). Performance time must not exceed the official time limit specified for the category.
Competition Category: Candidates perform 01 or 02 works, with a total duration not exceeding the official time limit.. Light music, film music, pop, and semi-classical works are not permitted.

3. Final round – Prize Competition
Festival Category: Candidates perform one self-selected piece (no genre restrictions). Performance time must not exceed the official time limit.
Competition Category: Candidates perform 01 work, with a total duration not exceeding the official time limit. Light music, film music, pop, and semi-classical works are not permitted.

PIANO DUET & INSTRUMENTAL ENSEMBLE REGULATIONS
Eligible Ensembles: Ensembles of 02 or more instruments (piano, strings, winds, etc.), or Piano four hands (two performers at one piano).

1. Grading Round – Certificate Round
Festival Category
- Piano Four Hands: Two pianists may perform 01 to 02 works written for piano four hands (no genre restrictions).
Total performance time must not exceed the official time limit.
- Instrumental Ensemble: Ensembles may perform 01 to 02 works (no genre restrictions).
Total performance time must not exceed the official time limit.
Competition Category
- Ensembles perform 01 to 02 works from the Western classical repertoire, consisting of two works from two different stylistic periods.
Total performance time must not exceed the official time limit.

2. Final Round – Prize Competition
Festival Category
- Piano Four Hands: Two pianists perform 01 work written for piano four hands (no genre restrictions).
Performance time must not exceed the official time limit.
- Instrumental Ensemble: Ensembles perform 01 work (no genre restrictions).
Performance time must not exceed the official time limit.
Competition Category
- Ensembles perform 01 work from the Western classical repertoire.
Performance time must not exceed the official time limit.

GUITAR & UKULELE REGULATIONS

– Each candidate must submit 01 performance video only, featuring a self-selected program (free choice of genre). The repertoire must be performed on an instrument with standard tuning and accurate intonation.

Festival Category (Guitar & Ukulele): Candidates perform a self-selected program (free choice of format and genre, including solo performance, accompaniment/singing, light music, and fingerstyle). Performance time must not exceed the official time limit.
Competition Category (Guitar only): Candidates perform 01 or 02 classical guitar solo works, with a total duration not exceeding the official time limit. Light music, film music, pop, and semi-classical works are not permitted.

3. Final Round – Prize Competition
Festival Category (Guitar & Ukulele): Candidates perform a self-selected program (free choice of solo performance or accompaniment/singing, light music, fingerstyle, etc.). Performance time must not exceed the official time limit.
Competition Category (Guitar only): Candidates perform 01 classical guitar solo work. Light music, film music, pop, and semi-classical works are not permitted. Performance time must not exceed the official time limit.

VOCAL REGULATIONS
1. Audition – Vòng loại online (Festival/ Competition)
Yêu cầu video dự thi: Thí sinh gửi duy nhất một video dự thi theo chương trình tự chọn (không giới hạn thời gian).
Đường link video: Phải được đăng tải lên Youtube ở chế độ công khai và cung cấp link tại mục đăng ký trên website.

2. Grading round – Vòng chứng chỉ
Hạng mục Festival:
Thí sinh chuẩn bị 01 ca khúc tự chọn (không giới hạn thể loại), đảm bảo thời lượng bài thi không vượt quá thời gian quy định của chương trình.
Hạng mục Competition: Thí sinh trình bày 02 ca khúc khác nhau về tính chất với thời lượng số phút không vượt quá thời gian quy định. Được sử dụng nhạc cụ đệm và không sử dụng beat.

3. Final round – Vòng tranh giải
Hạng mục Festival:
Thí sinh chuẩn bị 01 bài tự chọn (không giới hạn thể loại) với thời lượng số phút không vượt quá thời gian quy định. Được sử dụng nhạc cụ đệm và sử dụng beat.
Hạng mục Competition: Thí sinh trình bày 01 tác phẩm Aria, đảm bảo thời lượng bài thi không vượt quá thời gian quy định của chương trình. Được sử dụng nhạc cụ đệm và không sử dụng beat.
